A $50 service call and admin fee is applied to all transactions
Since I am a one man crew I do not install new circuits. New installs typically require at least 2 people for efficiency and safety. My company mainly deals with maintenance, repair and replacement for existing electrical circuits.
Outlet and Switch Replacement
$100 for the first outlet or switch. $50 for each additional during the same visit.
Celling Fan Install or Replacement
$200 per ceiling fan.
Lighting fixture install or replacement
$175 per light fixture
Circuit Breaker Replacement
$175 per circuit breaker
Electrical Panel Maintenance
This price would depend on how many circuits are in the panel. This service includes putting a thermal imagining camera to check for hot spots, inspecting each breaker, making conductors neat as possible and inspecting for serviceability, tightening all breaker terminals, ensuring all ground and neutral screws to manufacture's specifications. Plan on anywhere between $200-$400.
